Efficient Receive Beamformers for Secure Spatial Modulation Against a Malicious Full-Duplex Attacker With Eavesdropping Ability

In this paper, we consider a new secure spatial modulation scenario with full-duplex (FD) malicious attacker Mallory owning eavesdropping capacity, where works on FD model and transmits jamming such as artificial noise (AN) to interfere legitimate user Bob. To suppress the Bob from Mallory, conventional maximum receive power (Max-RP) at is presented firstly. Subsequently, exploit colored property of plus interference Bob, whitening-filter-based Max-RP (Max-WFRP) proposed an obvious performance enhancement over Max-RP. completely remove constraint forcing zero proposed. further improve secrecy rate (SR) by removing zero-forcing contraint (ZFC), signal-to-jamming-plus-noise ratio (Max-SJNR) Our methods have closed-form expressions. Simulation results show that four beamforming increasing order in performance: Max-RP, ZFC, and Max-SJNR $\approx$ Max-WFRP. Additionally, latter two harvest substantial gains ZFC low medium signal-to-noise regions.
